BBQ Chicken Sandwich



1 1/2 cups Shredded chicken or 12.5 oz. can (drained) chicken 
3/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Anna Mae’s Smoky Sweet BBQ Sauce 
4 Hamburger buns 
1/2 cup White onion, diced 
1 cup Prepared coleslaw, optional 
4 Cheddar cheese slices



Heat chicken, onion and Anna Mae’s Smoky Sweet Sauce in slow cooker on low for 3 - 4 hours. To serve, place 1/2 cup of meat on the bottom of each bun and top with cheese and 1/4 cup of coleslaw if desired; top with remaining bun halves and serve immediately. Coleslaw may also be served on the side.
