Chili Con Carne



1 lb.Ground beef 
1 cup Onions, chopped 
2 cloves Garlic, chopped 
2 cans Kidney beans, undrained (15 1/2 oz. each) 
1 1/2 cups Robert Rothschild Farm Anna Mae’s Smoky Sweet BBQ Sauce 
1/2 cup Water 
2 Tbsp. Chili powder 
1 tsp. Salt 
1 can Diced tomatoes (16 oz.)


In a 2-quart pan, brown ground beef, stirring to break up meat as it cooks. Add onions and garlic. Pour off excess grease. Add beans, Anna Mae’s Smoky Sweet BBQ Sauce, water, chili powder, diced tomatoes and salt. Stir well. Heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice with a tossed salad.
