Raspberry Honey Mustard Chicken Salad

Makes: 40 bite sized servings



4 cups Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cooked and diced 
3 Eggs, hard boiled, diced 
2 Celery stalks, diced 
2 Green onions, sliced 
1/2 cup Red onion, diced 
2/3 cup Mayonnaise 
1/3 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Honey Mustard Dip 
Sandwich bread, lettuce and tomato, for serving



In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Raspberry Honey Mustard Dip. In medium bowl add chicken, hard boiled eggs, celery, green onions and red onion. Pour mayonnaise mixture into bowl with chicken ingredients and stir until well combined.  Serve on bread with lettuce and tomato or atop a bed of lettuce.
