Ingredients
- Steak
- 2 1lb Steaks of Choice
-
2 Tbsp Mediterranean Rosemary Rub
- 1 1/2 tsps Black Garlic Sea Salt, divided
- Chimichurri
- 1 cup Mixed Fresh Herbs of Choice (Parsley, Chives, Oregano)
- 1 Lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 Large Clove Garlic
-
1 Tbsp Dark Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
-
1/4 cup Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Black Garlic Sea Salt
Directions
- Season steaks generously with Mediterranean Rub and 1 tsp sea salt. Let marinate for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours. Pat steaks dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture before cooking.

- Heat grill over medium high heat. Add steak and cook 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
- Top steak with herb sauce.
