GOOEY BAKED BRIE WITH A SUGAR & SPICE BRULE
So easy and incredible! A delicious holiday appetizer with just three simple ingredients, making it perfect for your next dinner party.
Ingredients
- · 1 Wheel of Brie
- · 3 Tbsp French Toast Sugar Shaker

Barrel Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar, for finishing
- · Crackers or bread for serving
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cut rind off the top of Brie wheel and place in Brie Baker.
- Sprinkle with French Toast Sugar Shaker.
- Bake for 7 – 10 minutes until gooey and melted.
- Finish with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and serve with crackers or bread.
- If you do not own a Brie Baker, place the brie on a small cookie sheet or cake pan before baking.
Recipe Note
This
Brie would also be delicious topped with Vine-Ripened Raspberry, Crisp Anjou
Pear, Harvest Fig, Cranberry Spice, or Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar.
