Join us for a festive, hands-on Christmas Charcuterie Wreath Class hosted by The Butchery on Grand!

The experts from The Butchery on Grand will guide you through creating a gorgeous, completely edible Christmas wreath using a delicious assortment of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, herbs, and all those little extras that take a charcuterie board from pretty to “Wait…you made that?!”

During class, you'll learn tips and techniques for selecting and arranging ingredients, creating beautiful meat and cheese folds, adding height and texture, balancing colors and flavors, and using fresh herbs and garnishes to create that unmistakable Christmas-wreath look.

And because a charcuterie board should taste just as good as it looks, you'll also learn about flavor pairings, accompaniments, and some of the tricks The Butchery uses to create a beautiful, professional-looking board.

Best of all, you'll create your very own Christmas Charcuterie Wreath to take home and enjoy!

Whether you're planning a holiday party, looking for a show-stopping Christmas appetizer, or just want a fun evening out with friends, you'll leave with a beautiful board and the skills to recreate it all season long.

CLASS HOURS

Class runs from 5:30 PM–7:30 PM. We do our best to stay on schedule, but classes may occasionally run a little shorter or longer depending on the group.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can get everyone settled and ready to begin.

CANCELLATIONS

Because our classes have limited seating and are often in high demand, we have a strict cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel, please call us as soon as possible at 712-262-4839. Refunds are not guaranteed; however, notifying us early gives us the opportunity to contact guests on our waiting list.

If we are able to fill your seat, we will issue you a credit toward a future class.

On rare occasions, we may need to cancel or reschedule a class. If this happens, registered guests will be contacted as soon as possible and will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to another class.
