What to Expect
Our class will take you through how our oils and balsamic vinegars are created and teach you tasty techniques to mix and match the oils and vinegars for a culinary delight! Water will be provided and the Peckish food and cocktail menu will be available during class.

CLASS HOURS

Class runs from 2:00p-4:00p and while we try to our best to be on time, classes can occasionally run a little long or short. We ask guests to arrive 5-10 minutes early to avoid missing anything of value.

CANCELLATIONS

Because our classes have limited seating and are often in high demand, we have a strict cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel, please call us as soon as possible at 712-262-4839. Refunds are not guaranteed; however, notifying us early gives us the opportunity to contact guests on our waiting list.

If we are able to fill your seat, we will issue you a credit toward a future class.

On rare occasions, we may need to cancel or reschedule a class. If this happens, registered guests will be contacted as soon as possible and will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to another class.
