One great sauce base. Five completely different pasta nights!

Join us for a demonstration cooking class where we’ll start by creating one versatile Italian-inspired base sauce, then transform it into five delicious pasta sauces using simple additions, different flavors, and a few chef tricks.

Along the way, you’ll learn how to build flavor, adjust seasoning and texture, and turn ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen into an entirely new meal.

Come hungry—you’ll get to taste all five sauces and leave with recipes and techniques you can recreate at home.

CLASS HOURS

Class runs from 5:30p-7:30p and while we try to our best to be on time, classes can occasionally run a little long or short. We ask guests to arrive 5-10 minutes early to avoid missing anything of value.

CANCELLATIONS

Because our classes have limited seating and are often in high demand, we have a strict cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel, please call us as soon as possible at 712-262-4839. Refunds are not guaranteed; however, notifying us early gives us the opportunity to contact guests on our waiting list.

If we are able to fill your seat, we will issue you a credit toward a future class.

On rare occasions, we may need to cancel or reschedule a class. If this happens, registered guests will be contacted as soon as possible and will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to another class.
